South Meadow School Winter Concert was held on Thursday, December 12th in the gym. Under the direction of Ed Lowy the bands played various holiday fan favorites such as "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch", "Holiday Mash-Up", and "Frosty the Snowman". Under the diection of Elizabeth Ring-Fortin, the various choirs treated the audience to a variety of holiday themed compositions such as "Stopping By the Woods", "A Carol of the Bells", and "Jazz Gloria" to name a few. The audience also got to participate in a rousing rendition of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer". Happy Holidays to all!

South Meadow School held a food drive contest between Advisories to celebrate the spirit of giving during the Thanksgiving Holiday. Mr. Driscoll's Advisory won the contest with over 600 items collected. Overall, 1400 items were collected for the Peterborough Food Pantry. The SMS Community pride in supporting our local families in need.

A BIG congratulations to Coach DeDecker and the Robotic Pumas! We are thrilled to announce that our incredible team has earned a spot in the state championships! Their hard work, innovation, and teamwork have paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder. Their journey has been filled with creativity, problem-solving, research, engineering, and determination, and their success is a true testament to their dedication to the engineering and design process and the spirit of collaboration. Let’s cheer them on as they take their talents to the next level. Best of luck, on Saturday December 7! You’ve got this!
